本計劃以考察瑞士的經濟、教育、外交和文化為主題，帶領香港青年親身踏足瑞士這個永久中立國，了解瑞士如何在全球經濟、外交方面發揮重要的作用。並且帶領香港學生走進當地酒店大學，了解更多國際性的升學及就業情況，有助他們為將來作好準備，及早規劃未來。

參加者感想﹕

During this journey, I experienced many new things, such as visiting famous local hotel management schools and going to the Chinese Embassy to get an overview of their work. What impressed me the most was visiting the Jungfrau in Switzerland. I haven’t climbed any snow-capped mountains. So I really cherished this opportunity to climb the mountain. I also saw many natural sceneries on the outskirts of Switzerland. I also learned about their livelihood and economic situations and increased my understanding of them. I am very happy to be one of the participant of this exchange tour.

I really appreciated that I could join this exchange tour. Before I went to this trip, I expected that I could learn something about Swiss culture and its education system. I really benefitted a lot from the trip. Absolutely l gained a better understanding on the culture and education of Switzerland. Also, I know more about hospitality and the Swiss school life. Furthermore, I started to understand the philosophy of Swiss life. The part that I can’t forget was going to Jungfrau because I have experienced snowing that I have never seen in Hong Kong. It’s really an unforgettable experience. Once again, I feel grateful and lucky that I could have this opportunity to take part in this exchange tour.
